Slow-fermented for improved digestion, and tin-shaped for easy slicing — perfect for sandwiches, toast, and family lunches.
Please allow 48 hours’ notice for all sourdough orders.
Our sourdough is made slowly — the dough ferments overnight, rests, rises, and is baked fresh on the morning of your pickup.
Order before 2 pm, two days before your pickup day.
For example:
✔ Order Wednesday before 2 pm → Pick up Friday
✔ Order Thursday before 2 pm → Pick up Saturday
