Because every loaf is made slowly with natural fermentation, we work on a 48-hour preorder system.

How to Order

1. Choose Your Bread

Browse our bakery shop and add your favourite sourdoughs to your cart.

Every loaf is shaped in our signature rectangular-bottom form — elegant, practical, and perfect for everyday meals.

2. Select Your Pickup Day

At checkout, you’ll choose your pickup day from the available options.

48-Hour Notice

To allow time for the sourdough process, all orders must be placed 48 hours before pickup (before 2 pm).

Examples:

  • Order on Wednesday before 2 pm → Pick up Friday

  • Order on Thursday before 2 pm → Pick up Saturday

This ensures your dough has enough time to rest, rise beautifully, and bake fresh the morning of your pickup.

3. Select Your Pickup Location

Choose where you’d like to collect your bread.
Your options are:

  • Bin Inn Whakatāne

  • (More pickup points coming soon)

You’ll receive exact pickup details in your confirmation email.

4. Place Your Order

Complete the checkout process and you’ll immediately receive an Order Confirmation.

This email will include:

  • Pickup Day

  • Pickup Location

  • Notes you added

  • Your order details

5. Pick Up Your Bread

Your fresh loaf will be ready at your chosen location, baked that morning.

You’ll receive a short email once it’s ready for collection — just bring your name and order number.
