Each loaf is slowly crafted in Wainui using traditional sourdough fermentation, local spring water, and quality New Zealand ingredients.

Baked in small batches, our breads develop depth of flavour and a tender, satisfying crumb - perfect for sharing, toasting, sandwiches, or simply enjoying on their own. All our breads are wheat and rye flour based.

To keep our bread at its best, we bake on set days each week, in limited quantities.

Campagne Sourdough loaf

Traditional French “pain de campagne” - white & rye.
Our Campagne Sourdough Loaf is a classic everyday sourdough bread made with white and rye flour for a soft crumb and gentle flavour.
Slow-fermented for improved digestion, and tin-shaped for easy slicing — perfect for sandwiches, toast, and family lunches.

The Hearty Sourdough loaf

Wholemeal for extra goodness and lasting energy.
A nourishing wholemeal sourdough combining white, rye, and wholemeal flour for a more nutritious, high-fibre slice.

Packed with activated seeds for flavour and natural nourishment.
Crunchy, nutritious, and perfect for any occasion.

Seeds are soaked overnight (activated) for better digestion and nutrient absorption.Activated linseeds, sunflower, pumpkin & sesame seeds.


Kawakawa Glow Sourdough Loaf

A vibrant golden sourdough infused with turmeric and fresh Kawakawa leaves.
The Kawakawa adds a green, peppery twist with a gentle spice - subtle, but full of character.

A showpiece loaf that brings colour and flavour to any platter - from seafood feasts to brunch with friends. Kawakawa leaves are harvested on private land with care and respect, following tikanga guidance learned through Rongoā Māori studies.
